Viagra as Weapon

There are reports that Ghaddafi is supplying his troops with Viagra. That would be considered a "War Crime" for inducing rape. Drugging fighters has a long tradition, the drug of choice being alcohol. Since it is forbidden in the Islam, Viagra is the logical replacement. But I doubt it is really necessary. As the ingenious HBDchick put it:
