Once the Left pick a target, they hone in and are relentless with their propaganda and slander operations. Don't expect a let up.
For the left, there is no truth, only "spin" so whatever you do can be spun to be a negative if you are their enemy. If you are a friend, then you can starve your own population to death and they won't take note. If you gave the Palestinians treated wastewater, then they would say that it was full of pollutants and causing birth defects and cancer among Palestinians. Since there is no way that you will win among this crowd, there is no point in even trying.

What else would you expect? The Arabs revel in shit, trash and destruction everywhere they live (unless they have an oil despot who hires foreigners to wipe their asses.) I've seen whole landscapes made out of feces and burning garbage in their towns. And of course to the activists it's just a typical result of zionist occupation-what else is new? Belarus is actually a pretty decent place to live if you're making US money. But I'm not sure they like arabs.

There is an outsourced IT in the Arab towns of Yehuda and Shomron-it doesn't take geniuses.
The point is you can pay half the wages you'd pay in the US, and fire underperformers at will (more important.) Since the cost of living is far less than half what it is in America, the locals profit too.
A lot of the outsourcing stuff is false economy - by the time you get past the language barriers and cultural differences and communications problems and time differences and the differences in the quality of the results, the perceived savings have evaporated - this is the kind of crap that looks good on paper when you a corporate bean counter and are detached from all the good will you are costing your company because you are pissing off your other employees and your customers and everyone else.
